About the Role
Gabriel Maatouk, Taline Tutunjian S.E.N.C. is seeking a live-in nanny in Laval, Quebec. This position is based in the employer's home, which is a non-smoking environment.
Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis, including room and board; this is not a condition of employment. The role involves caring for children and offers various employment terms including early morning, evening, flexible hours, morning, night, day, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
The nanny will supervise and care for children, bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children. This includes preparing and serving nutritious meals, preparing infants and children for rest periods, changing diapers, and following parents' lead with toilet training. Sterilizing bottles and preparing formulas are also key tasks.
Further duties involve disciplining children according to parental methods, instructing children in personal hygiene and social development, and tending to their emotional well-being. The nanny will organize activities such as games and outings, and transport children to and from school and appointments.
Household responsibilities include maintaining a safe and healthy home environment, keeping records of children's daily activities and health information, performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, assuming full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, shopping for food and household supplies, washing, ironing, and pressing clothing and household linens. The role also involves cooking and travelling with the family on trips to assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, with 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role. Required certifications include an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) proficiency test, a CPR Certificate, and a First Aid Certificate.
A criminal record check is mandatory for security and safety. A valid driver's licence is required, and the successful candidate must be willing to relocate for this position. The role involves handling heavy loads up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and working under pressure.
